Home Energy Guide Hub does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended). We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a valid opt-out request.
Requests you can make
Any US reader can ask us to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information (for example, past messages or your newsletter address).
- Opt out of any future sale or sharing.
How to make a request
Send your request through our contact form (choose “Privacy or data request”) or email Please use the contact form with the subject “Privacy request”. Tell us which right you are using and the email address you used with us.
Verification and timing
To protect you, we confirm requests by replying to the email address in question. We respond within 45 days, as required by California law, and usually much sooner. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof that they act for you.
No discrimination
